ON THE APPLICATION herein and after hearing Mr Gausden for the Rating Authority, Mr C W Bird the Liabilities Adjustment Officer and reading his report dated the 12th August 1947 and reading a letter from the Respondent dated the 6th June 1947, it appearing that the debtor is owing to the Rating Authority for general rates, a balance amounting to £20. 0. 3.

IT IS ORDERED that the Respondent do pay to the Rating Authority the sum of £1. 1. 6. per week until such debt is extinguished.

AND IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Respondent do pay the further sum of £1 Court fees forthwith
